The B-Care Online Store is available internationally. We ship to almost every corner of the world. If you can't find your country or have any special requests, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you!

  

2. Delivery schedule

We try to process all orders the next working day after they are placed and most of them are shipped within 48 - 72 hours after the acceptance. Since we produce under demand, As it is a product that is technologically made and often personalised, it may be that, due to its difficulty or high demand, we need a little more time to process them. If so, we will keep you informed of the process at all times.

 

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight and dimensions of the package.

We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping costs will apply to each of them.

 

4. Delivery method

The form of delivery will be to the address indicated by the Client.

The risks of loss or damage to the product are transferred to the Client at the time he signs the receipt note.

In the event of the Client's absence from the address indicated at the time of delivery of the Order, the logistics company responsible for the delivery of the Order will contact the Client to agree on a new delivery date for the Order. In these cases, the Client must bear the costs of delivery and/or collection again, if there are new surcharges.
